He currently holds the position of Director in Save Solution Sdn Bhd which is one of the license holder under Money Lending Act in Malaysia and also the Director of Finsource Sdn Bhd which is in the advisory of Pre IPO to SME. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia.

He graduated in UK with Hons degree mastering in Accounting and Management Control. He is also a qualified ACCA member for the past twelve years.

He is currently holding the position of Treasurer in Branding Association of Malaysia (BAM) and deputy Secretary of Malaysia Speaker Association. (MSA).

Ching has over 10 years experience in areas comprising auditing, tax planning, financial accounting, corporate financial planning, business advisory, education and corporate training. He has been practicing in Deloitte Kassim Chan for 5 years and he specialized in tax and audit. During his employment in Deloitte Kassim Chan, his clients range from SME to MNC Company such as Fajar Group, Lion Group, Triumph International, Arab Malaysian Bank and etc. He also participated to list a Company named Abric Bhd in the second board. He is also good in handling the Financial Statement and criteria to suit the Bank requirement in order to ease the bank application process.
For the past few years, he focused in his area of specialization, which is helping small and medium size companies secure business loans to meet both long term and short term financing needs. His impressive track record stems from his in-depth knowledge of the loan application process, the banks requirements and his extensive connection with top bankers in the country.

Being a recognized expert in business financing, he is often called to give talks in business events and has appeared several times in Chinese newspapers. He has also appeared regularly over Radio FM where he gives advice on how to secure business loans
